Web Payment Platform Optimization
The outpatient payment platform had serious limitations in performance, usability, and accounting traceability, especially in telemedicine. Staff faced slow reporting, an inability to access large volumes of data, and a fragmented interface that hampered operational efficiency.

Challenge
The project aimed to increase the speed and stability of the reporting module, enable bulk downloads of records, and strengthen access management. Additionally, it sought to integrate payments and cancellations with the TrakCare system and unify the graphic design according to accessibility standards.
Solution
Complete refactoring of the backend to support lazy loading of over 100,000 records and bidirectional integration with TrakCare. The user experience (UX/UI) in Figma was redesigned to unify navigation, and automated security validations were implemented via SSO with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
