    Digitize the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, evaluations), optimizing time and retaining specialized talent.

  • Solution

    We designed a Talent as a Service portal with dynamic forms in Next.js, SSO authentication, and a CRM integrated with BigQuery. We incorporated approval workflows in Cloud Composer workflows and automated notifications via email and SMS.
